90 days rule for interim EAD?
Hello all:
Does anyone know if the 90 days rule for interim EAD means:
1) 90 business days OR
2) 90 days (including holidays and weekends)?

90 days (including holidays and weekends).
That is correct. It is 90 days including week-ends and holidays. My husband had to apply for an interim EAD in person before he could be granted his 4th EAD.
