Ok, heres the situation
My husband became a permanent resident on November 3, 2004. He is eligible to apply for citizenship 33 months from now on August 3, 2007.
If (and it is a big if) he wanted to bring a family member over and apply for their green card, what is the absolute fastest way to do it?

It all depends upon whom he is trying to bring and country they belong.
Once he is citizen, things may move faster if you are talking about parents.
He would bring his parents. THey would come from the former Soviet Union. Any time frame???

Timing depends upon a lot of situation and its very hard to guess. Normally spouse/kids/parents of USC gets process done within a six month.
