I Am on Green card in USA. I am thinking about get marry indian girl.
what are different options I have to bring her with me to stay in USA up to get her Green card..?

Its taking min. 5 years for LPR to bring their spouse.

You are not eligible to file for K. Its only for USC.

V visa is only possible after waiting for 3 years from date of filling immigrant petition.

F visa is possible but I am not sure if she will get approval. Also, you need to find a way to maintain F1 for number of years depending upon immigration related scenario.

Another option is to apply immigrant petition for spouse as a LPR and upgrade the petition once you are USC. Once you are USC, you dont have to wait for Visa number after I-130 approval.

Each and every options have their advantage as well as drawbacks. Overall there is no shortcut for spouse of LPR.
