My labour is sub Eb2 ...

I 140 filled on Marc, 2006 ..got rfe ..

They are asking for experinece letters..

the letters of experience that you submitted do not include specific duties .
so submit evidence that the alien obtained the req 2 yrs exp in the job offered before Jan, 04.......................

i got this rfe on i 140 ...so any one got like this rfe ..please share it what i have to submit or wht i have to tell to my lawyer plz ..gurus help in this ..

Just present experience letters, which highlights your job duties. I think, you might have just provided employment history letters. They need to see specific job duties.

My company is applying for my labor. And my company has cautioned me that any professional experience that I show in my 9089 form, I will have to provide experience and reference letters to back them.

Are the letters verified by USCIS. I am not trying to find a workaround to beat the system, I am just looking to see which of my previous employers are my best references.
Please advise.
