EB1 approved, 485 pending while doing J1 waiver

I had my EB 1 approved in early 2005.
I am currently on a J1 waiver position.
When can I file for I 485 so that my spouse who is currently on H4 gets an EAD and can work?
Any infomration would be helpful.
