Friends,
Is it a good sign if the I-140(EB2-VSC) & I-485 got re-opened based on the I-290B Appeal(I-140 got denied for Ability to Pay reason) OR the re-opening is a normal thing ?.
I-290B has been filed 20 days back(11/16) and now the "case status" for all I-290B, I-140 & I-485(both mine and spouse) are showing as "Case received and pending".
