Hello,

My company replied for RFE (Ability to Pay and W2) on 140 in Feb 06, I got LUD on 28th Feb that Reponse for RFE has recieved and.....
No LUDs since then, How long does it take to get 140 approved ?

I had applied for EAD ext. for self and Spouce, my wifes EAD got approved almost 20 days back but mine has not, is it linked to 140 approval ?

Hi, I have similar dates to yours and had the same RFE on my I-140. The LUD was Feb 06....still waiting for approval. Let me know if you have any updates. Thanks

Even I have similar case. My employer sent RFE reply on March 14th for A2P. After that I have three LUDs on my case. My last LUD on I-140 was on March 23rd.

Folks,

I am also in the same boat. I got an RFE for A2P and submitted the response to VSC with a RD of 02/24/06 and so far no decision. Infat I did receive few LUDs on my case but nothing after March 25th.

God knows waz going on?
