Guys -

My 140 was filed with sub labor (EB2) in the last week of Sept 2005.

If you check the processing times now at the VSC, they are processing the January 08 2006 cases.

So any idea what the deal is here? They are processing cases which were filed about 3 months after mine was filed.

Does it help to call the center through the lawyer or employer?

I am in the same boat. I think they have some problem with the Sep,2005 filers. I called them just now and the lady told my employer has to call back!!!
Their processing is so random that one of my friend who filed at the same time, same employer, same country, same category (EB2) got approved more than 4 months ago and she even received her GC. VSC is pathetic!!!

By the way what is your Receipt date? Mine is Oct 3rd.
