I was told my labor is issued by PBEC on June 22, but we still have not received as of today July 13. 21 days already.

How many days did eveyone receive their labor certificate by mail after it is issued?

Any responses will be much appreciated

In my case (PBEC):
Labor was certified on 20th dec 05.
Certification notice recd on Jan3rd 06
Certified labor recd on Jan 19th 06.

so it does take them 3 weeks to mail the certificate.

I received an approval notice (dated June 23) for my labor certification application from Philadelphia Backlog Elimination Center (BEC). But my attorney has not received the final certified ETA 750 A/B.

How is the certified labor certificate ETA-750 mailed by the Backlog Elimination Center? Are they using registered mail or express mail or whatever else?
