I-140 Applied in March 2006My I-140 applied and accepted by VSC on 03/30/2006. Hoping case will not be transferred to NSC. No receipt # yet.
Finally got information from attorney, my case receive date 03/30/06 and notice date 03/31/06.
LUD 04/08/06 but says nothing about Transfer to TSC or NSC like what others are mentioning, the note says this type of case will take between 90 and 485 days.
Today my case also moved to TSC
Did you get a notice saying it was transferred to an office in TSC or a local office in TSC, something like that, tryiong to figure out what this means. my case was filed on march 23, 2006 and the USCIS update via email said it was transferred to office in TSC.
