Delay in I-140 Approvals from Vermont
Hi,
My I-140 is applied from Vermont in Nov05.
Till now there is not even a Single LUD.
People who have applied later(infact same company) got approvals.
I am not sure the reason for this delay..
Did any one has pending since Nov05???
Please share your thoughts.

I guess your lawyer can enquire abt ur case..
Did he do it??

Dont worry I am waiting since Aug05.
My lawyer has now opened a inquiry with USCIS.
