I applied two I-140 at VSC last septermber. The EB-2 (NIW) one was approved this January. Today, I got a notice that the other one (EB-1, pending) was transfered to Nebraska.
My I-485 is associated the approved one EB-2.
Question: should I withdraw the EB-1 one? If so, any bad effect?
Any suggestions are appreciated!!!
