I-140 out of processing time
My I-140 (EB-1/OR) has been pending (no LUD at all) in VSC, since it was received (ND: 9/15/05). Anyone can shed some light on what could be the cause?
I had patiently waited till they posted the new processing date, but I was disappointed they didn’t move an inch so I am able to place an enquiry.
Anyone has some idea what a long pending case usually leads to denial? RFE? or approval eventually? My wife’s OPT is expiring. I am really on a hot pan.
Think positive. You should be getting an approval soon.
Why dont your wife apply for H1B visa now as a backup. Also some VSC cases are being transferred to TSC. At least two cases has been reported so far, and another transfer from VSC to NSC.
