Hi -

My LCA was approved on 4/11/2006 and my priority date is 3/7/2006. My LCA was approved from the Atlanta DOL center and my job is in Virginia.

I am assuming that in that case my I140 would filed in Vermont. Is this correct?
Does anyone could tell me how long it takes in average to get the I140 approved?
