i140- Reciept
How long does it take to get a Reciept.
Its been almost three weeks since I have applied but my lawyer hasnt received it.
I checked with my company and they said that the check has also not been cashed yet.
My lawyer wants to send the application again.......................
Anybody, who had to go with the same situation.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

How long it takes to get I-140 receipt number. I filed on March 13 to VSC.
Still waiting for it. Any replies greatly appreciatd.

I filed it on Feb 22...............and still no receipt.
finally received the receipt ...with recevied date as March 29,06
