Please someone help me.

I am planning to substitute a pre-approved labor. I have few questions about this labor. I want to make sure that I can use this.

The pre-approved labor requires the following:
1. M.Sc in Computer Science and 2 years experience
2. Position: QA
3. Skill Set: oracle, java, sql server (non-AS/400)

But I have the following qualificationds
1. M.Sc in Mathematics, PGDCA and I have around 9 years experience
2. My current position is Sr Programar/Analyst
3. Skill Set: AS/400

Can I substitute this labor. Please someone reply.

Atleast you know, whats in the subsitute labor. My case, i have no idea. My employer just suggested some subsitute labor and I used. Well, I applied I140 on 04/2005 and got it approved. My I1485 is on the process.
