I received a RFE on my I-140(EB2) and then we replied and they received the response on Feb 21st.

I saw LUDs on 02/21, 02/22, 02/23, 02/24, 02/25 (today also which is a saturday!)

My I-485 LUD was not changed.

Is this is a good sign or do I need to concern about these?

Did you see LUD changes similar before getting RFE for I140?

Not really...I just have 1 Lud and after 2 weeks got RFE.

Not really...I just have 1 Lud and after 2 weeks got RFE. Mine LUD changed twice in feb 02/06,02/25 for I140 (applied on 07/28/05). Still waiting for approval.
