I filed I-140 last week and waiting for receipt.
PD- sep03, EB2

Can I file EAD and advance payroll ?? or I have to wait for I-140 approval ?
or wait for I-485 priority date ?

Please help.

SRS To file EAD and advance payroll you need to have I-485 pending or you may file all three "EAD and advance payroll and I-485) concurrently.

To file i485 you need to have the PD current.Right now anyone from India,china cannot file the petition as the new PD shows Aug01 for them.If you are from the rest of the world,yes you can file i485,i764,i131 for yourself/spouse.
