My labor just got approved PD : 01/12/2006. EB3

when should i apply for I-140 ? Does I-140 requires physical copy of Labor ? I am yet to get Certified copy ? Do we have to attach original labor to our I-140 application ?

Is there anything that i should be careful with ?
