1. My Companys attorney asking me to pay arround $1400 for filing I-140.....
… Employer is supposed to pay for I-140 application/attorney fee.
2.Howlong my Labor will be active if i dont apply for I-140 now?
… Indefinite. There is no expiration date.
3.If wanted to extend my H1B beyond 6 yrs on my Labor, can i do that?If so howmany years can get on my new H1B?
… You can extend your H1-B as long as you have immigration petition pending on your behalf.
4.What kind of queries can i expect in I-140?
(My Employer is in good shape either in Employee strength or anuual income wise)
… For I-140, USCIS normally issues query related to:
a) Employer ability to pay
b) Beneficiary qualification/experience
