I-140 filed on 1/5/06. Waiting for receipt no. I heard that VSC is approving I140 in 3-4 months. Is it true? What about labor substitution EB3 Category? Does the comapny size/revenue matter?

Nash_m... where did you hear about I-140 being approved in 3-4 months. Does this time-frame apply to only a particular category like eb3?

I sent in my app in Sept 05 but no news yet... I did get my EAD, biometrics very very quickly.. is that a good sign?

It seems EB3 cases are getting approved faster than EB2 cases. I have seeen some threads discussing the same.
