Implications of current salary on 485..
Gurus,
I recetly received an RFE on 485 asking for my last 2 years W2 and Fed tax returns. My salary is less by 5k from my H1 labor and less by 20K from the labor substitute used for 140 filing. How much of an impact does this have when i send my W2s as part of this rfe. Please share your experiences and suggestions.

As long as you have sent an letter from employer that they intend to keep you . It would be nice if they mention the salary which is not binding on future dates.
